WeFugees is an online community that provides general support on many different topics about life in Germany.

The website of the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) provides general information for migrants.

The website of ProAsyl lists local guidance counseling offices, all over Germany.

Refugee Law Clinics, initiated by German law students offer free legal support for refugees. Currently, there are Refugee Law Clinics in 31 cities across Germany.

Zentrum Überleben offers different types of counseling and legal support. If you live in Berlin, you can visit or contact the KuB in Kreuzberg, offering counseling and assistance as well as language tandems and other support offers.

JmD2start has several offices around Germany and offers counseling sessions for young refugees between the ages of 17 and 27.
This is only a list of the main organizations, but there are many more out there. Keep in mind that German universities also offer numerous counseling services, most of which focus on academic advice, legal counseling, and support with finding suitable accommodation but they cover many other topics as well.
