There can be different reasons why you are having trouble logging into Kiron Campus. Here are some of the most common reasons:
You are not using Google Chrome.
→Please always use an updated Google Chrome browser when you access Kiron services.
You are using Google Chrome but you still have trouble accessing the platform.
→Please update Google Chrome and try again.
→If your Google Chrome is already updated, clear your offline data/cookies and try again.
You have two Google accounts and are you are using your private email address (@gmail.com).
→Make sure to be logged in with your Kiron account:
Click here to log out of your private google account
Go to Kiron Campus and log in with your @students.kiron.ngo email address.
You can reset your password if necessary.
- Your Kiron Google account is blocked.
→Unfortunately, Google services (and therefore Kiron Campus) are not accessible from certain countries. If you live in Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria, you may face difficulties accessing. For more information, read here.
You are using a Chromebook and you cannot login to Kiron Campus.
→Check that your Chromebook is updated. If automatic updates are not working, try to update it manually.
