Kiron is a non-profit organisation that is working to bring free, accessible learning opportunities to refugees and asylum seekers around the world. While most our programs are available through partnerships only to verified learners of these groups, we are dedicated to the right to education for all. In this article we created a list of free learning resources, including Kiron's own courses as well as other learning platforms, for everyone who is not eligible for our programs - and of course also for those verified Kiron learners who just want to explore more learning opportunities.

Other free online learning platforms
Alison offers free online certificates in a number of high-demand industries, including business, health, information technology, and others.
“Edraak” is the first massive open online platform (MOOC) in the Arab world, providing a wide range of free courses across multiple disciplines. Build your skills through job-ready programs and earn your certification to propel your career.
Skillshop helps you grow your knowledge and professional value with flexible, on-demand training on Google Ads, Google Analytics, and more Google tools used by many businesses. When you sign up, you can access the library of free online courses designed by Google product experts and complete them at your own pace for a free certificate.
Cisco Networking Academy offers free courses on a wide range of topics, including networking, cybersecurity, and IT essentials. While you can take the courses for free, you have to pay for most certificates. However, Cisco Networking Academy also offers some courses that provide free certificates of completion, such as "Introduction to Cybersecurity", “Introduction to IoT and Digital Transformation” and "Networking Basics."
HP LIFE is a free business skills training program. It can be accessed online via the HP LIFE platform and both online and offline with the HP LIFE app. The program gives people all over the world the opportunity to learn in-demand skills and core business concepts by providing free, accessible training courses in eight languages, with certificates of completion.
A personalized learning resource for all ages. With practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard, Khan Academy empowers learners to study at their own pace, both in and out of the classroom. Topics include math, science, economics and more.
