If you want to access the full range of Kiron's offers, you need to prove you are a refugee, asylum seeker, or other beneficiary of international protection. For example, temporary protection or subsidiary protection. Document verification opens periodically, at least four times a year. You can be informed about the next verification time by subscribing to our newsletter here or keeping an eye on the Announcements page. If you register on Kiron Campus within three month prior to the next verification round, and you are eligible for verification, we will inform you directly.
When verification opens, you need to upload your documents directly to your profile on the Kiron Campus.
Your document should have:
- A mention of your status as a refugee, asylum seeker or similar status
- Your full name
- Your birthday
- An expiration date, if possible
The document can for example be from:
- An international organisation (UNHCR, IOM, UNRWA, or similar)
- The government of the country where you live now or where you claimed asylum
- A government authority
- Police authorities
Here are some examples from different countries.
GERMANY
JORDAN
LEBANON
FRANCE
TURKEY
KENYA
INDONESIA
In addition to the above-mentioned group, a number of spots will be available in each verification round for learners from and residing in one specific country based on Kiron’s activities and global circumstances. For those people, we can also verify a passport, ID or other national documentation as well. The selected country(ies) will be revisited every application round, and potential eligible learners will be informed in advance via email.
